Receive calls from clients and schedule appointments for mobile and in-store grooming services following strict company policy.
Answer inquiries and questions from clients regarding their pets and handle complaints.
Input all relevant client and appointment data into Animal Care's specialised software and update all relevant call sheets in excel.
This position will report directly to the Grooming Operations Coordinator.
