A-Position Overview:
To manage the Replacement Vehicle operations. To implement administrative systems, procedures and policies; Ensuring the highest customer service levels.
B-Responsibilities:
• To maintain the complete replacement vehicle fleet in optimum on road condition.
• To ensure proper cleaning & parking process of cars.
• To check, verify & keep the copies of customer’s driving license & civil id.
• To explain the terms & conditions of the replacement vehicle agreement.
• To clarify any queries that the customer might have related to replacement vehicle.
• To follow the proper handing over of booked cars to the customers
• To keep the CRM & Service department informed about the status of replacement vehicles.
• To prepare and send daily reports.
• To interact with finance department on a daily basis & keep cleared the traffic violation fines related to our fleet of replacement vehicles.
• To check the complete car inside & outside while receiving it back from the customers.
• To inform the customers as well as the service team of the liabilities if any damages found in the car.
