LEADING CATERING Co. is expanding its operations and is looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the present requirement storekeeper/inventory controller position.
Storekeeper /Inventory controller are responsible to assist F&B Provision Master in the ordering, loading, receiving, storing, inventorying, reporting and issuance of all Food products.
Essential Job responsibilities:
- Should ideally have experience in stock taking, inventory knowledge in food and beverage.
- Responsible for updating the inventory list in order to case and smooth production flow.
- To practice good warehousing to support food quality safety and hygienic
- Should be able to follow company standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores.
- Implementing of FIFO-LIFO system, monitoring the expiry stocks regularly and to inform the concerned on the stock expiry status Minimizing mistakes and waste in the warehouse operation by constant coordination and supervision.
- Responsible for storage of food & beverage and operational stock and monitors cost and quality of food and beverage deliveries.
- Responsible for day-to day check on the storage facilities for upkeep
and hygiene.
- Should possess reporting skills to be able to coordinate with the Cost
Controller with proposals and day-to-day feedback on operational
control.
- Assist the F&B Provision Master in the maintenance of quality and quantity control of food inventoried items.
- Individual will be responsible to keep the food storerooms clean and organized at all times.
