Principal Accountabilities
*Provide contact & assistance to Impulse Operating Personnel.
*Report faults, collect data and provide symptoms
*Reports to operation department, attempt to trouble shoot & resolve HW, SW, outages.
*Understand & provide system & operating data.
*Initiate & monitor system modifications to HW & SW.
*Conduct feedback meetings with Impulse Staff and Vendors.
*Support and coordinate all actions with Operation Staff
*Understand and execute Impulse, Division, Department & Section procedures as needed.
*Understand the basic structure of IT, network, RF, Telecommunication & be able explain them. Obtain TA-1 proficiency in one or more areas.
*Understand the basics of Network Management and can explain them.
*Know Impulse Network Geographically and can identify site locations.
