Strategic Planning

*Plan the Functional Short Term (Annual) Objectives and cascade them down to subordinates
*Agree on Action Plans to Achieve Short Term (Annual) Objectives

Trade & Brand Relation

*Maintains good relations with key customers and supports sales management with all necessary negotiations.
*Visits key customers on a regular basis.
* Maintains a professional and cordial relationship with all suppliers and ensures open & constructive communication particularly in terms of setting and achieving training objectives.

Operational Risk Management

*Identify risks (processes, people and systems)
*Assess & estimate risk and potential impact
*Makes sure that controls are in place to mitigate the risk
*Periodical, evaluates the controls in place and decides on the remedial actions

Change Management

*Plan Change & involve the appropriate personnel
*Build a responsive culture and minimize change barriers
*Communicate Change Requirements

Training Sales & Delivery

*Manage Training Delivery
*Resolve customer complaints regarding training delivery
*Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports
*Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
*Emphasize training product features & service values based on analysis of customers' needs & on knowledge of the training capabilities and limitations
*Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications.
*Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of efforts
*Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as training strategies or marketing information
*Visit customers with sales team to close the sales when needed.
*Manage achievement of the budget, sales and profit targets
*Set targets for training personnel linked to divisional operational plan
*Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.

People Management

*Manage employee relation for better team-working & innovative culture
*Recruit, train, coach and motivate the employees for his area in coordination with HR
*Agree clear performance objectives for the team members
*Agree and implement development and training plans
*Solves issues related to people management
*Communicate job roles & responsibilities to the team members
*Evaluate employees performance and take corrective actions
