RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for achieving monthly / quarterly / Annual Business Plan Targets.
Responsible for planning and distribution of monthly Targets to the Sales Team.
Responsible for collection of customer payments and exercise control on managing payment over dues.
Responsible for Listing new SKUs ensure the Distribution, Availability and Visibility / Planogram of Product Categories, Install new Freezers in the Outlets.
Responsible for establishment and renewal of yearly Business Development Agreements (BDAs) with the Customers.
Responsible for execution of various innovative market activities, promotions, In-store campaigns, participation in fliers in coordination with Trade Marketing.
Maintain high degree of relationship & service with Customers for effective retention. Focus on high value & high potential customers for sustained growth.
Propose and execute the TMI spends prudently in the market.
Continuous communication and up-dation about product prices, stock availability, customer information etc., to the Sales & Merchandising Teams.
Plan and prepare monthly & Quarterly Sales Forecast, focusing on slow moving SKUs, new product requirements etc.,
Analyze reports to assure effective route contribution within all covered outlets.
Analyze individual Freezers throughput to decide on proper placement in the outlets
Exercise focused review / evaluation of targets and the Sales Team performance on periodical basis.
Lead, Motivate and coach the Sales operations team to perform to their highest potential to achieve the Business plan and facilitate career growth opportunities.
