- Manage the preparation and execution of CPMs for projects.
- Study all contracts and subcontracts for projects.
- Manage all steps of developing the modification of designs, up to achieving the final approved designs.
- Manage the Company’s tasks and responsibilities including official correspondences in a contractual manner between the Company and both, landlords and owners representatives.
- Manage the subcontractor’s day by day progress according to CPMs.
- Coordinate between the Company’s Production Factory, the architects, the interior designers, the site engineers, the foremen, the consultants, the contractors, the subcontractors, the clients, the suppliers and others;
- Prepare and maintain proper projects filing, documents and communication procedures in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
- Participate in preparing proposals, presentations, contractual agreements, etc...
- Define and clarify Projects Deliverables and Time Schedules.
- Prepare the Projects Budgets.
