The Chief HR Officer of a leading education company is looking for an experienced, bilingual (Arabic/English) Personal Secretary. The secretary’s primary role will be to support the work of the CHRO and the department by undertaking a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key job responsibilities
- Managing the diary of the CHRO
- Making appointments and scheduling meetings and interviews
- Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings and interviews
- Following up on completion of actions within the HR department, other internal and external department s on behalf of the CHRO.
- Answering the phone and answering queries
- Photocopying and printing
- Handling correspondence and post
- Translating and preparing letters and other documents in Arabic and English including to Kuwait government bodies as well as external suppliers, applicants
- Maintaining the HR filing system and database
- implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Booking rooms and travel arrangements
