Candidate only with prior experience of working in Kuwait or Middle -East are required.
Experience of working in Oil & gas (midstream) industry is preferred.
Nationalization experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities -
The Training Officer shall liaise with the Company representative and be responsible for the following, together with any other necessary responsibilities:
- Training Need Identification & preparing detailed training programs for classroom, on-job & HSE trainings and HR experince
- Preparing the training calendar & supervising the trainings on a day to day basis.
- Maintaining the training MIS. - Conduct induction programmes - mass as well as individual
- Submitting a report upon completion of each phase of training for the Company’s review.
- Liaising with the Contractor’s home office government relations and personnel relations representatives for all matters relating to the arrival, stay and departure of the Company’s engineers for system training.

- Knowledge of modes of training needs analysis
- Knowledge of various training methodologies

- Prepare mechanisms for training feedback and effectiveness measurement mechanisms - Knowledge of sectoral business processes - Preparation of training MIS
