Key Responsibilities
The Company requires on-site support services with the blend of functional and technical expertise for continuous monitoring and maintenance of COGNOS planning solution implemented for Human Resource and Finance Department. The responsibility of the on-site support personnel will include but not limited to support, maintain, upgrade, and enhance the implemented solution and provide necessary hands-on training and knowledge/skills transfer to the company’s assigned personnel etc.
This includes but not limited to the following:
1. Hands-on Training/ Transfer of knowledge to the companies assigned staff
2. Debug and maintain data models implemented under COGNOS Planning & Budgeting system Automation
3. Update and enhance data models including new sub-modules if necessary
4. Model alterations, usually to aid usability, support or reduce errors
5. Data interface maintenance, updates, and alterations
6. Maintenance and enhancements of the existing reports or creation of new reports
7. End user support and Guidance
8. Documentation Updates (if any)
9. Back-up and restore procedures, configuration and custom code etc.
