- Review, approve and process all architecture technical design submittals buildings projects.
- Conduct on-site observations and compliance checks.
- Carry out constructability review during the Design and Modification stages.
- Work on-site to resolve constructability issues and assist with the final inspection of the work.
- Review and manage designs prepared by consultants / contractors, review site related issues, RFI's, Shop Drawings, Material submittal.
-Should have sound knowledge in preparing estimate quantities for bills preparation, materials forecasting, Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Rate Analysis, Bill of Quantities and preparation, submission and finalization of Bills
- Review the Architectural drawings, reports, etc. at each stage of the Design process to ensure completeness, correctness and compliance with the scope of work and agreement requirements.
- Evaluate technical submittals and prepare technical report.
- Contribute for preparing SOW / RFP for all type of Architectural works and provide advice as required.
- Oversee PMC, Consultants and Contractor and provide technical feedback.
- Report to Head of Department on a regular basis regarding progress, design, quality, resources, changes, site issues, planning issues etc.
