Automotive Service Manager - Al Babtain Group

MAIN TASKS /RESPONSIBILTIES:

1) Manage the workshops financial performance contribution, ensure of matching the budgeted plan, and clarify for variances for corrective actions as needed.
2) Ensure of performing the operational standard as principle companies guideline in workshops floor smoothly, and support with all facilities to overcome related barriers and matching ISO inquires.
3) Coordinate and support the National Service Manager for analyzing the workshops’ operation performance, and recommend improving opportunities.
4) Ensure of handling all customer complains properly to maximize the customer satisfaction & increasing retention which will reflect positively on business sales & profitability growth.
5) Utilize the workshops bays effectively & labor working hours to increase work productivity & ensure of giving customers quick & good services.
6) Communicate with Technical Training Manager to identify & assess the training needs per all positions, how far will impact in efficient work floor.
7) Ensure of all spare parts available for repairing, coordinate with spare parts department in need.
8) Prepare all periodical reports required, analyze, identify the opportunities and discuss the results with management and staff on parallel.
9) Monitor following up personal safety and security procedures while daily duties.
10) Make sure all equipments are performing well, and conducting calibration timely & properly to enhance the operational performance.
11) Coordinate with marketing department to implement the promotion campaigns activities properly, and analyze the results discussing with sales general manager.
