- Greeting guests.
- Check tables before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
- Be able to discuss menu items and current promotions to restaurant guests
- Taking orders and serving guests in courteous manner
- Maintain guest relations and smoothness of the service cycle.
- Responsible for all utensils & Plates availability at all times
- Complete understanding of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Billing functions
- Do any other related task at the instruction of the supervisor.
