1.Service network workstations, equipment and peripherals.
2.Maintain site’s servers’ health, and perform basic tasks of file sharing, user creation, and performance check on servers.
3.Maintain network’s health and do regular checks on network devices and their performance.
4.Investigate and troubleshoot user problems, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
5.Perform software and application installation and upgrades.
6.Provide support for company personnel in work sites.
7.Keep records of hardware and software movement and acquisitions.
8.Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor(s).
