Ensures the monthly sales target is achieved; identify customer needs and area of product growth
To work with Doctors and pharmacist to provide them with product information and awareness; to work with Sales Supervisor and the team to ensure successful implementation of promotional message .
1. Promote Company line of products to Doctors and pharmacists through visits/calls
2. Follow up with customers on monthly orders at regular intervals.
3. Implement promotional activities and events prepared and exploits any additional opportunities to promote sales.
4. Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved as per sales plan.
5. Raise sales orders for customers and follows up on orders to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
6. Identify important customers and keep updates of customer list and classify them
7. Check out competitor activities; propose new ideas related to campaign; organize group meetings in Primary health care and private hospitals
8. Recommend change in message to achieve the highest impact; Recommends action on sensitive items. Recommends actions to increase sales, reduce returns and reduce customer complaints.
9.Build excellent relations with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales. Conveys high image of the company in terms of service and credibility.
10.Ensure that the field supervisor is properly informed about all essential facts related to sales activities and coordinate with him all necessary adjustments; propose new ideas related to campaign and promotional materials to the supervisor and regularly follow-up until implementation after approval
