- To carry out all activities related to Cost/Time planning to ensure compliance with project targets.
- To prepare Electrical works activities list complete with duration, cost loading, relations, resource loading, ...as required and to coordinate/cooperate with Project Planner to achieve a practical CPM.
- Review/update CPM periodically, prepare look ahead, point out due and delayed activities and highlight area of concerns.
- Carry out all activities related to quantity surveying of the prime contract and subcontracts for the project.
- Prepare progress reports.
- Prepare Progress payment, follow up till approval.
- Prepare (Time and Cost) claims, follow up V.O’s and update project status accordingly.
- Expenses control (status, update and expected)
- Coordinate/cooperate with Procurement controller and Acct. for necessary updates.
- To monitor the performance of awarded subcontracts, checking and approving accuracy of their monthly payment applications till completion of the work.
- To control & report change/variation orders of subcontracts for any claim related to scope and/or pricing.
- To assist in the review and settlement of any claims as may be raised by subcontractors.
- To assist in the preparation of change orders to the prime contract between company and client.
