Answer/Greet callers and visitors (give/take information); transfer or redirect to the appropriate personnel
Aid on receiving daily purchase orders from local customers via fax, email or phone calls
File and locate Management/Suppliers/Distributors/Customer Files
Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservation for office personnel.
Schedule and Confirm appointments for managements/distributors/clients/customers
Maintain scheduling and event calendars
Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work and clerical stuffs
Order and dispense supplies
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Attend to other duties not written herewith which the post may require in the future.
