Product Specialist – EBD

Job Purpose
To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, maintain and develop sales of full range of products for all assigned suppliers.

Territory coverage should mainly include all MOH, Private Hospitals and Clinics, in accordance with agreed business plans and budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Present and sell Energy Based Devices to existing & potential clients
2. Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values and product range.
3. Achieve agreed budgets, focus on sales growth
4. Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing time and productivity.
5. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
6. Develop ideas and create leads by direct sales and marketing to major accounts and decision makers in main market sector.
7. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephones, emails and personal visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Monitor and report on market status and competitor activities and provide relevant daily, weekly and monthly reports and information to the management.
9. Carry out market research, competitors and customer surveys.
10. Liaise and attend meetings and events with customers and suppliers to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
11. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
12. Complete all administrative tasks punctual and accurate within given deadlines e.g. sales reports, stocks inventory and etc….
