Candidate will possess a broad technical knowledge and is responsible for providing high-quality technical support.
Candidate will be highly experienced in providing excellent customer service and problem escalation/resolution.
Following shall be the responsibilities:-
1.Coordinate all internal and external functions and activities.
2.Installation and de-installation of software.
3.Test after the implementation.
4.Prompt movement within and between sites .
5.Perform required backup procedures in accordance with the defined work instructions.
6.Coordination and support to the Help Desk.
7.Communicate with End Users.
8.Coordinate and communicate with designated client Personnel.
9.Develop and submit a written Project plan.
10.Develop a comprehensive contingency plan for Project.
11.Delivery and Staging.
