The Role:
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager you will be responsible for providing first line support to retail stores.
Responsibilities include:
* The installation/ maintenance / trouble shooting for the Linux Servers, Linux POS, Desktops, and printers in the stores.
* Conducting routine monitoring maintenance and backups for the store server databases
* Making regular store visits to perform regular maintenance checks
You will also be prepared to work a shift pattern.
