Category Manager - Food Retail - Kuwait:
Our food division is made up of a portfolio of different cuisines and dining concepts providing a diverse range of outlets. From quick service, casual dining provided by Pei Wei through to the high-end, quality dining experience of Veranda, there is a dining concept to suit all hospitality backgrounds. Brands include: Texas Roadhouse, P.F. Chang's, The Cheesecake Factory, Dean & Deluca, Katsuya, Le Pain Quotidien, Asha's and Pizza Express.
The Role:
As Category Manager you will contribute to the success of the brand by defining the tactical and strategic direction of product lines within each category in accordance with the international and regional product calendars.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited too:
* Create and manage financial operating category plan.
* Create positioning strategy for category based on competitive and market-place strategic assessment.
* Understand of competitive market-place to project potential threats to category creating positioning strategy for product categories.
* Manage the product lines through their life-cycles: core, seasonal and promotional.
* Lead the development of new product concepts from conception through implementation.

Work with Supply Chain to ensure integration of planning, forecasting, forward buying and inventory management of product lines.
