Context
The English Playgroup (EPG) is a fast growing and successful group of 9 Early Years branches and 2 schools. EPG is proud to provide English education at affordable prices to a large and growing number of families in Kuwait.
The section manager is one of three new section manager positions which have been established to take responsibility for overseeing the day to day management of the EY Branches.
Each section manager will be responsible for running 3 branches and working as a section manager team to ensure that processes and policies are applied and followed consistently across all the branches.
The section manager team will also play a key role in assisting the development and implementation of best practice across the branches.
Job Purpose
In a team of three section managers, to ensure the 9 EY branches deliver consistent educational and corporate services in order to meet EPG’s strategic educational plan through the following:
1. Supporting EPG HO departments (Administration, Finance, HR and IT) in the development of best practice administrative processes and policies.
2. Implementing agreed, best practice administrative policies and processes within the branches within the agreed timetable laid out by EPG Head Office Departments.
3. Ensuring the three branches follow EPG best practice policies and processes consistently.
