The Manager- HR acts as a bridge between the Top Management and the Staff/ Employees, in order to facilitate smooth functioning of the Hospital operations. He/ She establishes and administers Hospital’s HR programs which includes acquisition, maintenance & retention of employees, salary administration, development and revision of HR Policies as well as uphold cohesive employee relations.
