1.Contract Managing Engineer should be well experienced in all type of works required by the Contractor and be fully capable of dealing with the operation, maintenance and overhauling of mechanical, air-conditioning, refrigeration and other related equipment installed or used in the Hospital. He should be familiar with the regulations and procedures in carrying out any modifications, alterations, new installations and minor renovations which may occur as and when required, and be capable of computer aided scheduling of preventive maintenance and overhauling of the entire equipment to give smooth operation. He should also be responsible for civil related works.
2. Implementation of the Contract.
3. Supervisory capacity to serve as lead man for related activities.
4. Be aware of the latest Safety Regulations.
5. Prepare work schedules (Bar Charts, CPM’s).
6. Be able to implement scheduled preventive maintenance, overhauling and smooth
operation of the equipment on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and
yearly basis.
7. Performs computerization of the operations.
8. Maintain history cards of individual equipment.
9. Maintain the updated manpower data of the Contract.
10. Assure availability of enough quantity of spare parts, consumable and accessories and
tools in the store for the smooth performance of job execution.
11. Be capable of group communication, co-ordination with all concerned and to prepare
reports, and be effective in communication with the Company.
